If you want to upgrade the standard mil-spec trigger on your AR-15 and want to have a binary trigger but also a smooth and good semi-auto trigger then you should pick up the AR-C1.

It is not only a great binary trigger for a lot of fun, but the semi-trigger is a huge improvement over a factory AR trigger and the upgrade is worth the money alone.

Even with the rising cost of ammo, I think it is still beneficial to have a binary trigger on a primary battle rifle like an AR-15 and this trigger is the best option for most people.

One thing to know is that this binary trigger requires an M16-style bolt carrier group which is also considered full auto BCGs.

The Franklin Armory BFSIII 22-C1 is a tremendous amount of fun and even though it’s not full auto, it’s still a great time.

This type of trigger makes sense to go on 10/22 because the price of 22LR is a lot cheaper.

So you don’t have to worry about wasting money on larger more expensive calibers.

Installation can be difficult on some 10/22 models just because of manufacturing differences and sub-models.

Hand fitting may be required and it might be better to have a gunsmith or gun tech install this one.

The actual trigger is nice and has a crisp reset smooth pull all the things you want from a premium trigger at this price point.

Once this binary trigger is properly installed it shoots great and reliably. I love the 3-position lever and overall a great time at the range.

This is a great option for anyone with a Ruger 10/22 because it can still be fired in semi-auto mode as well.

The 22-C1 trigger is one of my favorite upgrades to my rifle and highly recommend picking one up as soon as possible.

One of the most popular types of guns is pistol caliber carbines or PCCs. They are great platforms for adding binary triggers too.

This is one of the easiest triggers to install and the safety selector is very easy to use and feels nice.

The accuracy of semi-auto mode has been improved and the trigger has a nice smooth pull with a clean break for making precision shots.

In binary mode, the gun is very controllable and can be accurate even with a high rate of fire. Especially doing controlled bursts.

Having a binary trigger on a Pistol Caliber Carbine like the B&T models feels like a true submachine gun and is about the closest you can get to it.

These triggers shoot fast when you want and can be used in semi-mode when needed.

Having this ability is very versatile and a lot of fun at the range and may even come in handy one day.

This was one of the funniest times I had at the range with this gun. It was insane how much faster the B&T-C1 trigger shoots while maintaining accuracy.
