Kai'Sa Bot has a 50.0% win rate with 22.8% pick rate in Emerald + and is currently ranked S tier. Based on our analysis of 513 999 matches in patch 14.16 the best build for Kai'Sa is Statikk Shiv, Berserker's Greaves, Guinsoo's Rageblade, Nashor's Tooth, and Zhonya's Hourglass.
Kai'Sa is very good at defeating isolated targets, so grouping will make her assassinations more difficult. Each of Kai'Sa's abilities can tune to her item stats, making her build very flexible.
Kai'Sa bottom has a 50.74% win rate in Emerald+ on Patch 14.17 coming in at rank 1 of 37 and graded S+ Tier on the LoL Tierlist. Kai'Sa bottom is a strong counter to Ezreal, Vayne & Tristana while Kai'Sa is countered most by Seraphine, Kog'Maw & Nilah.
